1. Write drunk; edit sober
Make your copy post sounds:
- Real
- Persuasive
- Have passion when you’re writing that’s post
- Don’t turn your post overly formal style.
2. Sleep on it
Leave your post overnight, no matter what and come back tomorrow to see if there are anything you can improve to it.
3. Get a friend to read it aloud
4. Use the breath test
Once you hit 20 words in a sentence, every additional word can lose up to 10% of your readers.
If you reread the first sentence of this post. It contains 16 words in that sentence.

5. The passive voice should rewritten
Example of the passive and the active sentence:
- Passive: The magnificent copy was written by the copywriter.
- Active: The copywriter wrote the magnificent copy.
Active voice is a positive voice that we should use from now on, on every new post. People’s love the positive more than the negative. If there are a negative issue occurred and you want to describe the issue to people.
It’s important to structure them into the positive side and kindly present it to your readers.
